Calling the crew at the loop 337 location absolute rockstars would be an understatement. My first stop every morning is there, and they take the best care of every person that comes through their line. Hailey, Jillian, Brie, Jasmine, and anyone else I missed are amazingly hard working, super attentive, and such a delight to interact with each day. Salted caramel grinder w/ a foam top til the day I die!

Pulled up to the drive thru and Hannah the barista was already outside, ready to take my order! She was super friendly and had great energy. She even made sure to give her favorites as well, which we ordered! She made me a blackberry, vanilla and lavender soda with cream and the drink was delicious. The girl at the window, Erin, was so welcoming and made the experience even better! Honestly, from my experience if you get any of these awesome baristas, you’re in good hands! Love the vibes here!

Absolutely Stellar Service from Jackson and Marlena! I had the pleasure of stopping by On the Grind recently, and I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional customer service from two employees — Jackson and Marlena. From the moment I pulled up, both of them were friendly, welcoming, and radiated positive energy. Not only were they incredibly kind and respectful, but I also noticed how diligently they were cleaning and keeping the area spotless. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in maintaining a great environment for customers. Jackson greeted me with a big smile and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Marlena was just as sweet — she checked in to make sure I was happy with everything and went the extra mile to make me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to come across people who are both hardworking and genuinely nice, and Jackson and Marlena stood out in the best way possible. Big shoutout to them for making my experience so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back, thanks to their amazing service!

I have been coming to this location since it opened. I absolutely love it. The people, the service, my ripper. Every single employee seems to have a positive attitude and is extremely friendly. They work diligently to give every customer quality service and great drinks! I would come to this location even if it was out of my way! I have been to every location and this is always my best OTG experience! Love you guys!

I fell in love with On The Grind when I first moved to the area, but the Westpointe location absolutely kills it every time! Everyone on the team is so kind and amazing at what they do. Even though I live closer to another location, I happily make the extra drive because this crew consistently makes my drinks exactly the way I like them, and always with a smile! Thank you 337 team for being the best part of my morning coffees!

I really love coming here. They have some unique items on the menu ( drink wise...like a Bluebonnet lavender Italian soda!). Of course everyone is always friendly.. Honestly you can't beat the prices.
